The ‘Meri MaatiMeraDesh’ campaign introduced as a part of 77th Independence Day celebration took place on the college premises at 9.00 AM. The programme has been initiated with paying tribute to the martyrs/veers by an introductory speech delivered by Dr. Shahjahan Ali Ahmed, Principal, Nabajyoti College.
The programme was taken forward by taking the PanchPran Pledge by all the students and faculty members of the college by holding diyas in hand, which was a part of paying homage to the soil which also completes the tagline of “Mittikonaman, Veeron ka Bandan”. The programme was fruitfully concluded with the closing statements given by Dr. Shahjahan Ali Ahmed, Principal, Nabajyoti College.
